Government Releases a Timeline for Consultation and Implementation of Amendments to the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act

Background

On 10 November 2017, the Governor of Queensland granted assent to the Housing Legislation (Building Better Futures) Amendment Bill 2017 (Bill) which made changes, amongst other Acts, to the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003 (Act).

The Department of Housing and Public Works has now released its plans for further consultation and implementation of the amendments.
